Regulation concerning lorry access
To regulate lorry traffic at the two access points of the plant premises by the porter, we have installed a video transmission of both access points in the porter’s lodge. For this processing the following information apples:

- Purpose of processing and legal bases: the purpose of the processing is the regulation of lorry traffic at both access points to the plant premises and the prevention of access on foot or in a vehicle by persons with no entitlement to do so, in particular with regard to security considerations (use of access also by the connecting railway at the north gate). The legal basis of the processing is the justified economic interest (enabling orderly lorry traffic to a reasonable degree, access control to the plant premises, security considerations).
- Persons concerned: passers-by as well as drivers and passengers of passing vehicles on the federal road 159 and on the Wimmstrasse.
- Categories of the data processed: video recordings of the two access points are processed, whereby passers-by as well as drivers and passengers of passing vehicles can also be seen on the recordings.
- Source of the data: the recordings are made by the video cameras installed at the two access points.
- Receiver of the data: only in the context of possible authoritative measures are data forwarded to the necessary authority (e.g. the police). Apart from this no other data are forwarded.
- Duration of the storage of data: the data are stored for four weeks from the time when the recording was made.
- Rights of the person concerned: the General Data Protection Regulation grants the person concerned a series of rights. In detail these are:
